Returning eTokens

The Secure Mail token is an asset of Orange Polska that must be accounted for in the event of:
  • termination of cooperation with Orange Polska (full-time employee and co-worker)
  • requesting the token again (e.g. due to damage, expiry of certificates)
  • damage/defect of the device.

eToken should be returned to:

Orange Polska
Centrum Certyfikacji Signet
Al. Jerozolimskie 160
02-326 Warszawa

or directly in MO
in the Supply Zone


Recovery of encryption keys

If you need to recover your encryption keys and be able to read old encrypted mails, send a completed request to an email address indicated in request.
